Some may be called Memory Fixer, Windows Scanner, HDD Defragmenter, Win HDD, HDD Plus, HDD Rescue, HDD Diagnostic, and HDD Doctor.
The malicious software in question will report multiple errors on your hard drive, in the systems registry and so forth.
These errors are pop ups designed to scare you into thinking there is somthing going wrong with your computer memory or hard drive. Distribution of the malicious software is usually installed from trojans and worms and online ads. Alert!
